Review: While the final installation was executed well, my experience with this company was filled with communication issues.Initially, the quote I received only covered the back of my house, despite the original drawings including both the front and back. I only discovered this discrepancy during the installation. After discussing it with them, they provided a separate quote for the front, which I approved.For the front gutter installation, I was informed that the installers would arrive between 2 and 4 PM, but they showed up at 11 AM while I was in meetings. There ended up being an issue with a specific corner on my roof where two gutters were meant to connect. However, during installation, the team informed me that this wasn’t possible and offered an alternative solution that involved cutting a hole and adding rain chains, which would cost me an extra $300. Unsatisfied with this option, I called the company and had them come remove the gutters from one of the sections instead. (in photo and video you can see how it doesn't connect and the water just pours through.)When I asked for a revised quote, the company took over a month to respond, repeatedly citing discussions with a supervisor. Eventually, they sent a revised quote that included a late fee and insisted that they couldn't adjust the price due to material costs.After some back and forth about how it was my responsibility to know that the roof lines didn't match up they sent me a revised quote which I paid immediately.Overall, my experience was disappointing. I believe there are better gutter companies out there that offer superior communication and customer service.
