Review: Due to back to back hurricanes and constant rain, we had to wait for our install; however, it was well worth the wait! The installation crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with our beautiful new patio cover. The office staff was great in the face of all the scheduling difficulties and our constant phone calls. 😜 I would highly recommend American Gutter to anyone looking to have aluminum or gutter work done!

Review: I had huge rain wash offs all the way across the back of my home and was losing my back yard…Thank you to American Gutter for helping me make the best decision to solve this problem. I had the pleasure of talking to pretty much everyone on staff and had the friendliest, most professional experience. Brian sent a larger crew to my house due to the length and metal roof. They showed up as scheduled and did an amazing job with the install and clean up. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I was able to make payments while I was waiting for my install date so it was not a big payment all at once. This small, LOCAL company is the best in the business…they are by far the easiest to work with from the office staff to the crews - everyone was so helpful.

Review: American Gutter installed a screen enclosure in my lanai, and I want to thank them for a textbook installation. American Gutter was the 4th contractor I asked to give me a quote. The previous three contractors were all nice but gave me resistance to producing an engineering report and applying for a permit for the installation. The other three contractors told me I did not need those and just let them do the job.Christine at American Gutter called the City of Newberry Code Enforcement and to her surprise, confirmed I did indeed need both an engineering report and a permit. This seemed like an extreme requirement for a screen installation in an existing structurally sound lanai – construction 2018. But American Gutter took care of these requirements.Brian came out to assess the job and provide a quote. He was professional and very honest, explaining they had a backlog of jobs, and it could take a few months to get to this project. I appreciated this. I also appreciate that a subtle comment I made to Brian regarding preferring a foam spacer instead of caulk where the frame meets the house’s Hardy Board was remembered and installed.The installers? Jason, Johnathan and Billy. All polite, professional and competent. They knew their stuff. At one point watching the installation, it seemed like the 82nd Airborne had arrived in my back yard. Before they began and were setting up for the job, Jason reviewed the engineering report with me and Billy confirmed the placement of the door. When completed we did an inspection, and I was impressed with how well the screen, pet door and kick-plates were installed. The crew left the job-site spotless.Throughout the multi-month process (some frustrating delay due to Newberry Code Enforcement permit approval process) Christine kept me fully informed with updates. While this was the highest quote I received (due to permitting requirements) I tipped the crew – working under very hot and humid conditions. You get what you pay for, and I absolutely recommend American Gutter – 5 Stars.Kind Regard,Bob O’Connell
